It's been a rough week for smallpuppies. Wednesday night, Trotsky fell off the arm of the couch and broke his arm. It hurt a lot! We rushed him to the smallpuppy hospital, and he had to spend the night there. They gave him some medicine to make it feel better, but they told us that he would probably need surgery.
We came to visit on Thursday, and he had a HUGE cast on his arm. It was bigger than he was! He stayed at the hospital again Thursday night, when they performed his surgery. Everything worked out well, but his temperature was very high. As the day went on, his temperature went down, and late that afternoon, Trotsky got to go home! As you can see, he was very happy to be back.
When Trotsky gets ahold of some yummy food, he's a very messy little guy!
